# How it works

### 🧸 Mint

* Mint a Bear for **$100 USDC**
* A **random position is opened instantly**
* The position is added to the **vault**

👉 You do **NOT** own this position yet\
👉 You only funded it

***

### 🔥 Burn

* Burn your Bear
* Receive a **random older position from the vault**

👉 Not the one you created\
👉 Not your choice\
👉 Just randomness

***

### ⏳ Burn Eligibility

* Every NFT becomes **burnable after 15 days**

👉 No instant exits\
👉 You are exposed to the vault

***

### 🗳 Governance (Positions)

The vault is not static.\
It evolves based on the community.

***

#### 📊 Starting Setup

The experiment begins with:

* **15 SPL positions**
* **31 Perp positions**
* **21 Prediction positions**

👉 Total: **67 positions**

***

#### 🧠 Who Can Propose?

* Any wallet holding **300,000+ $DBE**
* Can submit a proposal to:
  * ➕ Add a new position
  * ➖ Remove an existing position
* Limit: **1 proposal per 24 hours per wallet**

***

#### 🗳 Voting

* Every **$DBE = 1 vote**

All holders can vote on proposals.

***

#### ✅ Passing a Proposal

A proposal passes if:

* It reaches **50,000,000 $DBE votes**, OR
* It has **more YES than NO votes after 24 hours**

***

#### 🔄 Result

* Passed proposals update the available position pool
* New positions become eligible for mint allocation
* Removed positions are no longer used for new mints

***

#### 🎯 What This Means

👉 The community controls:

* what gets traded
* what gets removed
* how degen the vault becomes

***

#### 🐻 In Short

$DBE holders decide:

* the strategies
* the risk
* the chaos

***

## 🔥 Why This Matters

The experiment evolves over time.

* early game → curated strategies
* later → fully community-shaped vault

👉 The game adapts.
